Information we collect

• Account details — your name, email address, and phone number when you register or buy a ticket.
• Transaction details — the events, tickets, and votes you purchase, and the payment reference returned by our payment processors. We do not store your card or Mobile Money PIN.
• Usage data — basic technical information (device type, app version, and pages viewed) used to keep the Service working and secure.

How we use it

• To create and manage your account and deliver the tickets you buy (including QR codes by email/SMS).
• To process payments and confirm votes through our payment partners.
• To send you essential service messages (ticket confirmations, password resets) and, where you opt in, event updates.
• To prevent fraud and keep the Service secure.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Paystack and Stripe. Your card and Mobile Money credentials are entered on their secure checkout and are never seen or stored by us. See the Paystack and Stripe privacy policies for how they handle payment data.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with: event organizers (for the events you attend or vote in, so they can admit you and run their event), our payment processors, and email/SMS providers used to deliver your tickets — and where required by law.

Data retention

We keep your account and transaction records for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Your rights

You may access, correct, or delete your personal information, and withdraw consent for optional messages. To make a request, contact us at the email below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
