Delete your account

Request permanent deletion of your E-Tickets Africa account and the data linked to it.

What gets deleted: your profile (name, email, phone), saved/favourite events, reviews, and login details.

Records of completed transactions (ticket purchases and payments) may be retained in line with financial and legal requirements, and are kept only as long as required.
